This event will focus on evidence preservation, negotiating with hackers, public relations, retaining outside experts, law enforcement, and other best practices.

BiographyJohn Doernberg is a senior member of Gallagher’s National Cyber Practice. He participates in and supports client and prospect meetings, strategic reviews, and approaches for specific opportunities, RFP responses, and presentations. A former corporate lawyer in New York and Boston, he works extensively with corporate general counsels and with outside legal and other advisors. He also writes white papers and other content for Gallagher’s cyber publications, analyzes new cyber policy endorsements, and helps with coverage advocacy for complex cyber claims. Since joining the Gallagher family in 2010, he has held roles in cyber sales, placements, claims, risk management, presentations, and the development of cyber-related articles and other materials both for internal use and for sharing with clients and prospects.

Jeff Olejnik is responsible for the leadership, growth, and development of Wipfli’s cybersecurity services practice. He is a highly experienced IT security services professional with more than 20 years in the industry. Jeff helps clients manage risk through effective information security, business continuity planning, and program management. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with proven experience in building successful companies in the IT services industry.
Jeff is a frequent speaker and author on risk management-related topics including cybersecurity, incident response, and business continuity planning. As an active participant in various associations and within the community, he is frequently interviewed for his insight on how companies can improve their cybersecurity and business continuity preparedness.

Biography
Justin serves as Chair of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group. Justin is also the firm’s Chief Information Security Officer and a member of the firm’s Technology & Digital Business Practice Group. Justin holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Justin’s practice focuses on helping clients with the legal issues that arise from technology and data in an increasingly digital world, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and data privacy matters. In his CISO role, Justin oversees the firm’s information security program and incident response process, assesses the firm’s cybersecurity posture and its security systems and measures, and develops strategies to mitigate risks to the confidentiality, security, integrity, and availability of firm systems and data.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Justin was an associate at a large Milwaukee firm where he focused on data privacy and security matters, and litigated cases in both federal and state court. Prior to practicing law, Justin was the Information Security Officer at a top-100 private university, where he was in charge of all aspects of the university’s information security program, including intrusion detection and prevention, incident response, penetration testing, and forensic analysis. He also coordinated with the university’s general counsel on legal issues relating to cybersecurity and information privacy.
