Summary

This course introduces the keys to peak performance, improved relationships, and
peace of mind. Based upon scientific analysis, MRI studies and proven results with
participants around the world, this program provides specific thoughts and actions
you can use to “re-train your brain” and enjoy greater success along with greater
serenity. Think of all that you have accomplished already. Think of the difficulties
you have endured to achieve your success and maintain your relationships, to
date. Now… imagine how great it would be to enjoy even more success while also
feeling happy, peaceful, energized, connected and fulfilled. That opportunity awaits
you, through this course and your continued practice of the concepts you’ll learn.

Participants are encouraged to access two free online assessments that will:

1) identify your current “default” positivity score;
2) list the Saboteurs in order of their unique negative impact on you.

You’ll then learn how to intercept the Saboteurs and invoke your wiser Sage
powers through the daily practice of Self-Command. This process (known as PQ
Reps) builds your mental fitness and helps you access the part of your brain that
encourages innovation, creativity, communication, problem-solving, relationship
building and happiness.

Learning Objectives Include:

  • Understand the specific Saboteurs that haunt you and hijack your best
    performance.
  • Learn mini-practices that increase your mental fitness and provide access to your most effective right-brain thinking.
  • Access the wiser, elder Sage within you and the 5 Sage powers you can use to
become more successful and more peaceful at the same time.
  • Improve your performance individually and with your team(s).
  • Improve your personal and professional relationships.
  • Live each day with the confidence that you are moving toward self-actualization,
    to leave your best legacy
