Innovation drives new product developments, novel approaches to our personal and professional lives, and entrepreneurial activity in our communities. However, innovation is sometimes thought to be an elusive concept. This talk will explore how inquiry and insight can lead to innovation.
Susan Andrzejewski is an Associate Professor of Marketing, Chair of the Business Program, and Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship & Small Business Institute (ESBI) in the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics at California State University Channel Islands. Susan’s research lies at the intersection of consumer behavior and social psychology. The foundation of much of this work stems from the idea that psychological principles strongly influence what happens in the consumer marketplace. This work has been published in numerous marketing and psychology journals.
