Brent Reinke, CEO of Vapur, Inc. and Business Lawyer of Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP.
Brent Reinke is a business lawyer in the Westlake Village office of Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP. His corporate practice emphasizes the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, advising emerging growth companies, corporate securities and finance, strategic alliances and licensing. He represents numerous technology and "brick and mortar" companies who are in various stages of development, ranging from early-stage and venture backed companies to corporations with multi-national operations. His clients are involved in a broad array of industries, including, consumer brands, high tech, software,venture capital, real estate and manufacturing.
Mr. Reinke is a Co-Founder, Director and the Chief Administrative Officer of Vapur, Inc. www.vapur.us. In September of 2009, the company launched its initial product called “Vapur” which is a flexible re-usablewater bottle and has since expanded with multiple hydration product lines. Since its entry into the hydration market, Vapur has become an internationally recognized brand and received widespread regional and national media attention having been featured in a variety of media outlets, including NBC’s The Today Show, Teen Vogue, Ski Magazine, Glamour Magazine, Real Simple, Entrepreneur Magazine and Sunset Magazine to name just a few. Vapur is now sold in retail locations throughout the US and also in 13 foreign countries.
Mr. Reinke serves on the Board of Directors and advisory boards of a variety of companies. As a Director and advisory board member, he has been asked to draw upon both his extensive business and legal experience in helping guide these companies through critical decisions in their growth.
He was (i) named by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal in 2016 and 2017 to "The Valley 200" as one of the 200 most influential business leaders in the greater Valley region; (ii) selected by Los AngelesMagazine as a Southern California “Super Lawyer” for his work in the mergers and acquisition area; and(iii) featured on the cover of a special edition of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as a "Valley Visionary".
Kevin Bromber, CEO of myDevices
Kevin is an entrepreneur, investor and proven leader with a track record developing, acquiring or selling innovative hi-tech businesses. He has held a number of executive positions in both private and public technology companies. Kevin served as Co-Founder and CEO of 3DGreetings.com, an electronic greeting card company sold to NASDAQ: MAT; Co-Founder and CEO of NowMedia Corporation, an interactive, live broadcasting platform; General Manager of Arvixe, a web hosting company sold to NASDAQ: EIGI; Head of global business and corporate development for Avanquest, the 5th largest consumer software company in the world; and currently is CEO of myDevices, a connected device, IoT platform company.
Kevin enjoys inventing and patenting products, developing real estate projects, and spending time with his wife and kids in Los Angeles.
