Keeping Kids Healthy Outside

Poster Presentation Opportunity

Oregon Pediatric Society welcomes poster abstract submissions for our annual conference in Portland, Oregon. This year’s theme is Keeping Kids Healthy Outside, and we will focus on topics like dermatology, infectious disease, asthma, concussions, staying active, outdoor safety, and the impact of environmental exposures on child health. Last year more than 100 pediatricians and child health providers attended.

Posters that relate to our overarching theme of Keeping Kids Healthy Outside are preferred; however, all posters related to child health will be considered.

Proposal submissions are due on Monday, March 2, 2020. Please include the following:

• Title – Clearly and concisely indicate the subject and focus of the abstract.
• Abstract – Proposals require a clear and concise abstract covering the Background and Purpose, Methods and Design, Results, and Conclusions.
  
• References – Provide three initial references that support your abstract.
  
• Size – Posters should be 36x48. Please indicate if you currently have a printed poster in a different size.
  

You will be notified by Friday, March 6, 2020, if your poster has been accepted. Individuals presenting posters will be given free admission to the conference.
