This Workshop is offered to those searching for emotional and spiritual sobriety through the 12 Steps of AA,Al-Anon, and other 12 step programs. Those with an established Centering Prayer practice will also benefit by refreshing the essentials of the practice.

About the 11th Step Outreach of Centering Prayer: In 2001, the 12-Step Outreach sector of Contemplative Outreach was established to offer Centering Prayer to people in all 12-Step fellowships as an 11th Step prayer/meditation practice.  We help individuals and groups establish contemplative prayer practices through workshops, retreats, and formation programs.
