Chaminade Julienne Winter Soccer Speed, Agility and Quickness Camp

This winter, the Chaminade Julienne soccer staff and players will be conducting a camp that teaches and reinforces speed, agility and quickness. This camp is for boys in grades 6-8. The focus of the camp will be to develop, speed, agility and quickness in the game. 

Your son will:

• Learn a proper soccer warm-up
• Learn how to move more efficiently for soccer
• Gain resources to get faster and quicker 
• Get tools to use on your own to improve these physical traits

Camp is staffed by head men's soccer coach Alex VanderSluijs and by varsity soccer players. 

What to Bring:

• Cleats
• Turf or gym shoes
• Water Bottle
