Course Format/ Outline:
The course will take place from January 17-25th.

The course will kick off with an introductory webinar on Thursday, January 17th at 11am Mountain Time and will end with a results/ reflection webinar on Thursday, January 24th at 11am Mountain Time. (don't worry! these webinars will be recorded if you can't make it).

Online Component: Beginnning Friday, January 18th- you will be emailed with the access to a new session each day, ending on January 25th.  Sessions will include, content videos, daily journaling practices, and deepening exercises.
