2021 Imagine Engineering 

Many things that your students use every day are engineered right here in Ohio. Ohio's engineers design the highways that your students travel on, the pudding packs in their lunches that stay fresh without refrigeration and so much more! 

Imagine Engineering reveals the fascinating world of engineering to your second graders and encourages them to work hard at math and science.

Our virtual program for second graders features:

• Our brand new (and modernized) educational story, Imagine Engineering - Using exciting visuals, our new story highlights different types of engineers and the vast range of products and services they offer the world over. 
• Prerecorded table-top demonstrations presented by Ohio Professional Engineers - These demonstrations are designed to engage students' minds.  They are fun activities that support the second grade curriculum.
• A contact list of Ohio professional engineers who are eager to discuss engineering with your students. (This is an optional part of the program. Teachers/parents and engineers may establish a mutually agreed upon date and time for interacting with students.)
• A coloring contest featuring fun, educational prizes for the top three statewide winners. This year, we are offering a modified 8.5" x 11" coloring contest entry form that may be easily printed at school, at home or your local library.
