Georgia District Council of Delegates

Due to continuing issues with Covid-19 we have elected this year to do a Council of Delegates to complete the elections process for the District Board.  It is important for Georgia District Clubs to have their voices heard in the election of the new District Board for 2021-22 Administrative year.  The following Circle K members and Kiwanians are invited to this meeting. 

Current GA Circle K Board

2 Delegates from each club in good standing

GA Kiwanis Governor, Vice-Governor, Governor-Elect

Any Circle K member from a club in good standing who wishes to run for District Office

GA Circle K Admininstrator and Assistants

Other individuals as required to conduct the business of the session

The Registration for the event is 25.00.  A 10.00 late fee will be added if your registration is received after Feb. 12, 2021.  No refunds will be issued after Feb. 12, 2021.

* If your College has a formal travel ban for student organizations you will be allowed to attend this meeting, participate, and vote.  However, you must still register and pay your registration fee. 

The Macon Marriott has adequate space for us to socially distance in the meeting rooms.  All other Covid safety measures will be taken.  Participants will be required to complete the standard Covid waiver as we did during the Fall Membership Retreat this past November.
