CLOSING THE LOOP: Profitable investments in emissions reductions, shareholder outreach and value chain engagement

CDP is pleased to invite you to attend the CDP US Spring Workshop 2014 on March 17 at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), hosted graciously by NYSE Euronext, in New York, NY.

The workshop will explore strategic pathways to close the loop on sustainable business practices both within and beyond corporate boundaries, all while creating shareholder value. It will offer a valuable platform for sharing best practices and collaborative efforts in:

  • Investing in profitable emissions reduction initiatives;
  • Integrating sustainability with core financial performance by speaking the language of the CFO;
  • Proactively informing investors on how sustainability is creating business value; and
  • Engaging with partners and managing risk throughout the value chain

Presentations from:

  • CDP investor signatories and data partners: Bloomberg, Boston Common Asset Management, and Rockefeller Asset Management
  • CDP responding companies: Air Products and Chemicals, Apache Corporation and Mead Johnson Nutrition
  • Industry experts who advise on sustainability: Cadmus Group, Dynamic Energy, LRQA, and WSP
  • Thought leadership on internal carbon pricing:  International Finance Corporation, Microsoft, and Bob Litterman (Kepos Capital LP and former Chairman of Quant Investment Strategies, Goldman Sachs)

High-level thought leadership discussions will be interspersed with technical sessions related to natural capital disclosure and CDP’s methodologies and programs. An agenda and further event details will be made available on the CDP Website.
