Schniepp's team developed a micro-economic statistical model that utilizes sixty-five regression equations to develop the Santa Clarita Valley economic forecast. The team will work in conjunction with the SCVEDC staff to identify, organize, and present employment and income data for the region's targeted industry clusters.
This year, Wells Fargo put together an insightful presentation that will review recent events in the US economy. Topics will include how the economy performed during the fourth quarter of 2013 and how much momentum it will carry over next year. Also, an update on federal policy will be shared alongside some telling statistics on job and income growth in California and the local economy.
In addition to our two Economists, we will hear from three of Santa Clarita's top real estate brokers, Nigel Stout, Craig Peters, and Neal Weichel, on new commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
