Please join us for this day of learning. Principal Deborah Erdmann from Grace Lutheran, Menomonee Falls will walk us through her best practice, research-based approach to school leadership.

Deb was the 9th principal in 10 years for a good school. In one year the school transitioned to excellence with lots of hard work and intentional leadership. She will describe how her staff was able to weave together critical systems that include:
