BLUE HAWK 2018 Winter Summit
January 8-10, 2018

Join BLUE HAWK at Canyon Village in Park City, Utah. The Winter Summit meeting will be held on the Monday afternoon, January 8. In addition to business, enjoy skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling. New this year fly fishing, snow tubing and a Park City pub crawl.

For winter sports fans, it’s easy to enjoy Park City, Utah, America’s most accessible major ski town and home to the country’s largest ski resort, some of its finest snow, and best skiing.

This trip is suitable for first-time skiers through advanced and everyone in between.

Not a skier? Not a problem! There is plenty to do for non-skiers.

Conference Registration Fee: (Registration fee is refundable if cancelled prior to December 15)
$285 per attendee - Includes Winter Summit Meeting, Welcome Reception, 2 Après Ski and 2 Breakfast Meetings
$175 per guest (children are free) - Includes Welcome Reception and Après Ski

Hotel   
Located within Canyon Village, we have access to three great properties Silverado Lodge, Sundial Lodge and the Grand Summit all are located within steps of ski lifts, restaurants, shopping, meeting space, the spa and ski storage. Each property offers on-site outdoor pool and hot tubs. Each property has easy access to all BLUE HAWK events. During the winter season there is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in the Canyon Village.

Meeting Space for the Monday afternoon Meeting is currently being held in the Silverado Lodge. 

Monday Reception and Breakfast Meetings are currently being held in the Grand Summit.

BLUE HAWK Room Rate:  Group rate applies to January 7-11, 2018 (based on availablity). The room rate includes a daily buffet breakfast.

BLUE HAWK Room Rate is available 3 days pre/post event dates and are subject to availability. In addition to the room rate there is a 12.60% tax and service fee on accomodations.

Resort Fees: $20 per night resort fee for the Silverado or Sundial and a $30 per night resort fee for the Grand Summit.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation: Two night deposit is due at time of booking. Your deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to your arrival date. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is at 11am. Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.

All activities are based on a minimum and maximum number of participants.  Activities will be cancelled if we don't have enough participants. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the event your fee will NOT be refunded.

Fly Fishing - $250
(Price includes guide, guide gratuity, flies and equipment, transportation to and from the hotel and snacks.)

Fish the Weber or Provo Rivers with world-class guides. This event will cater to all experience levels, especially novices, and promise you a day to remember. Winter fly fishing can be quite nice with very few other anglers around. It might come as a surprise, but with the same clothing you wear on the ski slopes and waterproof waders, you can stay perfectly comfortable on the river, even in the coldest months.

Snowmobiling Driver - $215
Snowmobiling Passenger - $50
(Driver and passenger can switch.  Price includes tour, snowmobile rental, helmets, guide gratuity, transportation to and from hotel.)

Ride brand new Polaris or Ski Doo snowmobiles over scenic, secluded, privately owned land. This thrilling adventure should be a must! Powder jumpsuits and boots are available. Minimum age to ride is 3-5 years old. Valid driver’s license is required to drive.

Snow Tubing - $70
(Price includes entry to tubing park, tube rental, transportation to and from hotel, and access to a private warming yurt.)

There’s more to the mountain than skiing and snowboarding. Kick up your feet and enjoy a ride on one of seven tubing lanes — including a hill for the littlest of tubers, three beginner lanes and four advanced lanes. Lifts make it easy to ride again and again! This event includes 2 hours of tubing.

Park City Craft Beer Tasting - $70

(Price includes Uber ride to/from Main Street Park City, stops at 2-3 local breweries, tastings and snacks.)

You can find just about anything in Historic Park City, except for a chain restaurant. Main Street is lined with buildings built during a 19th-century silver mining boom. In Park City, you don't have to wait for evening to unwind.  Our Craft Beer Tasting is a great opportunity to get off the mountain for a few hours and hang out with fellow BLUE HAWK Winter Summit attendees.
