2019 BLUE HAWK Fall Advisory Forum  

Join us at Streamsong Resort for the 6th year of BLUE HAWK Fall Advisory Forum.  This will be a trip you won't soon forget.  Take a step away from the everyday and escape to a dreamland of world class golf, bass fishing and sporting clays, all while networking with the best HVACR wholesalers, Vendor Partners and Solution Partners in the industry.

We will have a half day Fall Advisory Forum Meeting on Monday of the event.  We encourage all attendees to participate in the advisory forum.  You can signup for just the one day portion of the event or stay and enjoy networking opportunities at a resort like no other for the full three days.

Members, Vendor Partners and Solution Partners are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Following the advisory forum, we will play 45 holes of golf (27 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday). We are holding a Bass Fishing and Sporting Clays tournament as well for non-golfers.

Don't wait to register.  Once the hotel and/or the optional activities fill up we might not be able to get more space.  Space is very limited. And there are no other hotels in the area so once the hotel is sold out, there are no other rooms available.

Registration - PLEASE DO NOT PROCRASTINATE   
Please register and reserve your room ASAP.  If we need more rooms, we must add them sooner rather than later because once the hotel is sold out we can not guarantee that can get more rooms. 

The Hotel is almost sold out. We are no longer able to reserve rooms online. The website will say that the block is closed.  You have to call the hotel at 888-294-6322 and press 1 for a live agent.  Let them know you are with BLUE HAWK. 

Once the hotel is sold out, there are no other hotels in the area for overflow.

If paying by check, we will invoice you in August.

$175 per attendee (Registration fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6) If you would like to take part in Monday's Advisory Forum only, sign up for the Fall Advisory Forum ONLY option.  This will cover Monday's meeting and reception. If you are planning on attending the entire event (Monday-Wednesday), you'll register for the Full Conference Registration Fee option below.

Full Event Registration Fee:
$360 per attendee (Registration fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
The registration fee covers all 3 days of the event, including lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, snacks and beverages at the Advisory Forum, and two receptions. Receptions will include an open bar and hor d'oeuvres.

Spouse/Guest Fee:
$300 per attendee (Spouse/Guest fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
The spouse/guest fee covers attending all receptions and will include an open bar and hor d'oeuvres and the Awards Lunch on Wednesday. If they will be attending the Monday Meeting and Tuesday lunch, please register them as an attendee under the "Full Event Registration Fee".

Golf Fees:
$520 per player for both days - 45 holes total (Golf fees are fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
The golf fee includes greens fee for 3 rounds, use of practice facility, range balls, forecaddie base gratituty for all 3 rounds and shared cart rental.

The BLUE HAWK Cup Golf Event will be played in a Ryder Cup style format with 27 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday. We will play Streamsong Black for 27 holes and Red for 18.  We have bought the course out on Tuesday, so you can continue to play if you would like to once you are done with your 9 holes.

Practice rounds are available by calling the course directly.

Tuesday AM - Bass Fishing Tournament Fee:  (non-golfers only)
$448 per person (Bass Fishing is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
Includes - boat, guide, guide gratuity, bait & tackle, and licensing. If you plan on playing in the golf event, you will not be able to participate in the fishing.  This event is for non-golfers.

Tuesday PM - Sporting Clays Fee:  (non-golfers only)
$235 per person (Sporting Clays is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
Includes transportation to and from Sporting Clays facility, targets, shotgun, cartriges, ear protection, instruction, and the course itself. If you plan on playing in the golf event, you will not be able to participate in the Sporting Clays.  This event is for non-golfers.

Wednesday AM - Bass Fishing Tournament Fee:  (non-golfers only)
$448 per person (Bass Fishing is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 6)
Includes - boat, guide, guide gratuity, bait & tackle, and licensing. If you plan on playing in the golf event, you will not be able to participate in the fishing.  This event is for non-golfers.

Hotel: Streamsong Resort

BLUE HAWK Room Rate:
Standard Guest Room - $289 per night on single or double occupancy plus tax and resort fee.

Resort fee - $35 per night
This includes use of the fitness center, on-site transportation, golf bag handling and storage, internet in room and in public space, valet parking, use of pool cabanas, two bottled waters per day, croquet, bocce ball, and horseshoes.

Bass Fishing Tournament
Welcome to guided bass fishing at Streamsong, which has one of the best bass fishing locations in Florida. The streams and pristine lakes offer unparalleled fishing and outstanding views, with a lakefront fishing dock where you’ll meet their skilled bass guides and embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience. All your equipment is provided, and catch-and-release fishing is done so no harm will come to the fish. If you’re one of the anglers to catch a bass of 8 lbs. or more, you’ll become a member of Florida’s Bass Fishing Hall of Fame.  And you'll get bragging right at the BLUE HAWK Fall Advisory Forum.  Prizes will be awarded for largest fish caught each day.

Sporting Clays Information
Start off the activity with a brief safety orientation followed by instruction tailored for both the beginner and the seasoned shooter. Then, try your hand at the clays course that takes you through a beautiful woodland area course. Each station has completely automated traps that will release targets at the push of a button.

An award will be given out to the highest score.
