2018 Building Communities Conference and Tradeshow Registration 

Welcome to the 2018 American Institute of Architects LRGV Chapter Building Communities Conference and Tradeshow, the most casual and fun venue for continuing education and networking opportunities for design, planning, and construction professionals.

Where:  South Padre Island Convention Centre, 7355 Padre Blvd., South Padre Island, TX.

On Friday and Saturday, the Building Communities Conference and Expo attracts architects, contractors, engineers, interior designers, planners, and landscape architects from throughout the state of Texas and beyond.  Come to learn about new trends, network, and spend a relaxing time at the most fun conference anywhere!

All registrants, including speakers, must register and may add one guest for an additional fee.  Full registration includes entry into all seminars, Friday's  Lunch, ¡Expo Fiesta!, and the Grand Finale Celebration.  Guest registration is for adults, children over the age of 16, and other family members and includes complimentary entry into the  ¡Expo Fiesta!, and Grand Finale Celebration.

Professional Associates and colleagues will need to register as ATTENDEES in order to attend the conference.  

Early Registration fees will end on August 31st!

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued if  AIA-LRGV receives a request for cancellation by August 10, 2018.  An administrative fee of $50 will be retained.  From August 13-30, cancellations are subject to a 30 percent penalty.  Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable after August 31,2018.  Refunds will be processed after the conference.  Please email refund requests to: msustaeta@lrgvaia.org.
