2018 Building Communities Conference                   Booths & Sponsorship Opportunities       

AIA-LRGV welcomes you to the 2018 Building Communities Conference, the most casual and fun venue for continuing education for design, planning, and construction professionals.  

Booth placement is assigned on a first paid basis.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if AIA-LRGV receives a written cancellation notice by August 10, 2018. An administrative fee of $50 will be retained. Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable after August 31, 2018. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please email refund requests to: msustaeta@lrgvaia.org

Exhibit Hall Hours: Friday - 3:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.; Saturday - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Where:

South Padre Island Convention Centre, 7355 Padre Blvd. South Padre Island, TX.

The Exhibit Hall will be closed during all continuing education seminars, allowing all exhibitors an additional opportunity for networking and increasing face time with potential customers at no additional cost.  As an exhibitor, you will have free of charge access to all educational seminars and social gatherings.

Sponsorship Details:

10’ x 10’ Booth Rental – includes pipe drape, table, two chairs, sign exhibiting your company name, and 1 complimentary booth participant; additional participants $100 each; listing in program.

Underwriter – includes credit for contributing your sponsorship to conference expenses; listing in program.

Friday Breakfast Sponsor – includes large sign at your company’s booth identifying you as a break sponsor; listed on group sign situated at snack table site; listing in program, link to your website from AIA-LRGV website.

Friday Afternoon Break Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as a break sponsor; listed on group sign situated at snack table site; listing in program, link to your website from AIA-LRGV website.

Friday ¡Expo Fiesta! Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as the ¡Expo Fiesta! sponsor; listing in program, link to your website from AIA-LRGV website.  The ¡Expo Fiesta! kicks off the opening of the trade show – three hours of uninterrupted time with attendees. 

Saturday Breakfast Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as a break sponsor; listed on group sign situated at snack table site; listing in program, link to your website from AIA-LRGV website.

Saturday Lunch with Exhibitors Sponsor – includes sign at your company’s booth identifying you as a break sponsor; sign at lunch entrance with your company name; listing in program, link to your website from AIA-LRGV website.

Take advantage of further networking opportunities by attending all seminars free of charge. Additional booth participants may register for a fee of $100 each.
