Spring/Summer 2017
April 29, June 10, and July 15, 2017
We are pleased to announce the Spring/Summer 2017 Outdoor Classroom Project Specialist Level I Training Series in Southern California. This inspiring and educational training series will provide early childhood professionals a unique opportunity to acquire enhanced skills for cultivating and sustaining the Outdoor Classroom at their centers. The Specialist Level I Training consists of three full day workshops on Saturdays at the Outdoor Classroom Project Model Site, the Child Educational Center in La Canada-Flintridge. As part of the training experience, participants will have the opportunity to explore the grounds and see the application of Outdoor Classroom philosophy in the play yard design.
