October 2019 Meeting

Please join the HFTP New England Hotel Chapter for our next meeting on October 9, 2019 at the Harvard Club - Back Bay hosted by Mike Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm with networking and hors d'oeuvres, followed by the guest speaker and dinner.

About George Zoglio, CPA, MBA  

With over twenty five years’ experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting and financial management and reporting, George has served in senior financial management roles in both public accounting firms and private industry. He is currently the principal of his own consulting firm, Zoglio Financial Management Solutions, where he provides consulting and contracted financial management services (including interim and part-time controller and CFO services).

He also provides accounting and audit training at some of the Top 100 CPA firms around the country.

His speaking engagement audiences have included local and national HFTP conference participants, numerous Boards and Committees and commercial lenders. Topics presented included identifying the warning signs of fraud, improving internal controls, UBTI issues, analysis and interpretation of financial statements, impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and business ethics.
