Come and meet the World Cruising Club team for coffee and a chat about the ARC and World ARC rallies.
World Cruising Club is hosting a presentation right beside the Sydney International Boat Show, at the Australian National Maritime Museum. The get-together will be an opportunity to discuss any aspects of the ARC and World ARC rallies face to face, plus meet with other likeminded cruising sailors in a relaxed setting. In addition to updating you on the latest news of the rallies, there will be a presentation on the route, safety equipment requirements, and other preparation issues before taking your questions.
The presentation is free to attend, but spaces are limited, so please do let us know as soon as possible if you would like to join us. And of course, partners and crew members are also welcome, but do please let us know numbers so we don’t run out of coffee!

Thinking of sailing with us around the world? This is what some previous cruisers have said about their rally experience:
Cocos Keeling - Ohhhh the place gets better and better, The lovely shallow pale blue and turquoise waters, the little sharks, lots of turtles, plus all the land crabs in a hurry to lay their eggs when the full moon comes up tonight. Paradise, yes this has to be it.

“Again we were greeted by the other World ARC boats that had arrived before us, creating a very special atmosphere of happiness. We had safely passed the Pacific, having friends waiting for us, being part of a community that cares for each other - all with the same interest during these two years of their and our lives”
s/y Ronja, (NOR)
“This island is just where you'd want to be marooned. The soil looks so dark and rich and the trees and plants so green and full. If you ever saw the movie ‘Avatar’ it reminded us of that. The size of some of the trees is just unbelievable. Can you imagine being able to walk along a rim of an active volcano and watching while it erupts?”
