This free to join online event offers a unique mix of presentations, expert opinion, and real-life experiences with a focus on starting your boat and equipment preparations for the ARC. We want to help and support the start of your bluewater adventure by offering guidance to give some focus to your boat preparation plans.

Exclusive Webinars: This selection of videos are presented by long-term partners of World Cruising Club, all with extensive experience helping cruisers prepare and equip their boats for ocean sailing. Each seminar covers a specific topic for preparing for bluewater cruising, from buying a boat, a guide to insurance, communications equipment, safety equipment, training advice, downwind sails and more. Watch these ahead of the live-chat sessions and bring your questions to the interactive Zoom sessions.

ARC 2022 Information: Entries for the 2022 ARC+ and ARC routes will open on 06 September. Follow the links to register your interest to receive an information pack as soon as it is published. The information pack covers full pricing and rally benefits, and a specific seminar about the ARC hosted by World Cruising’s Jeremy Wyatt will be available soon and we have a live-chat Q&A session all about the ARC.

Safety Equipment Requirements: This page features the Safety Equipment Regulations for the 2022 rallies, covering the mandatory equipment necessary to ensure a safe and happy ocean crossing. Our partners at Ocean Safety have worked with ARC participants and can offer advice on products which meet the WCC requirements.
