East Bay Academy of Family Physicians AMAM Delegate Election & Mixer 

Please join us at Hopscotch, home of famous fried chicken and yonsei oysters, for dinner, drinks, and a relaxing evening with your fellow Family Physicians. Meet CAFP's President, Dr. Lisa Ward, and CEO Lisa Folberg, who will discuss Academy advocacy for our patients, communities, and our speciality. We will also elect delegates for CAFP's All Member Advocacy Meeting on March 9-10, 2019.

***Note: CAFP by-laws stipulate that delegates must be Active (non-Resident) Members. East Bay AFP will sponsor up to one non-voting Resident Chapter Observer from each Residency Program located within the Chapter.

Both AMAM Delegates and Chapter Observers are eliigible for reimbursement of up to $250 in travel expenses
