We are all too painfully aware of the recent traumatic events which surround us.  For many parents, grandparent and caregivers, these and other events have raised fear and worries of the impact it may have on our children and the community.  During these times, it is important that we not only communicate effectively with our children but it is also essential that we identify our own triggers and learn how to manage stress in our lives.

Please join us as Dr. Philip Quinn, South Shore Mental Health psychologist, addresses this important issue.

This session will help to identify how to:

  • Manage your stress and anxiety
  • Learn strategies to reduce fear and enhance ability to talk with your children
  • Help your child develop the skills needed to better deal with traumatic events
