Please plan to join Carolyn Hartfield for her phenomenal Healthy Lifestyle Coaching series.  The information she will share has helped her live her best life and be noticed by others, to land her on TV, cable, Internet and radio shows, and in magazines and newspapers.  She will share some of her secrets with you in her premier, limited time FREE coaching series. 

Carolyn herself has evolved through the years since she first started on this healthy lifestyle journey when she opened her first health food store in 1985, after leaving corporate America. Since then she continues to study, research and earn various certifications to enhance her knowledge base.  She touts being her own empirical scientist simply because she not only seeks evidence, but also experiments with the various methods she has learned through the years. She actually walks the talk in her daily life!

The way she chooses to live her life has resulted in her receiving many recognitions and awards.  She is most proud of the recent award she received while representing AARP; the 'Positive Aging Image Award' from LeadingAge - Georgia Institute on Aging.  Carolyn also had the privilege of gracing the cover the Special Edition of GirlFriends Lifestyle - A Women's Guide to Healthy Living Magazine for the White House Conference on Aging.  

Join Carolyn to learn some proven methods about ‘How to Make Healthy Living a Lifestyle’.  She chose to offer this FREE series and share this information because she is frequently asked in some form, 'How do I change my lifestyle and get rid of the bad habits I have developed through the years?  I pretty much know what I should do, but I will get started, and it just doesn't last.'  Carolyn says she went through this also and from time-to-time still faces challenges.  Learn effective ways to get back on track, get rid of your bad habits and make positive, lasting changes that will improve your current lifestyle so you become healthier, happier and live more harmoniously.
