2016 RMLS™ Education Summit
and Trade Fair
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Please take note of some important details.
1) The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton located at 1000 NE Multnomah, Portland.
2) Booth spaces are either 6.3' x 8' (6' table) or 6.3' x 10' (8' table). A booth package contains a linen-covered table, chairs, pipe and drape, wastebasket, access to electricity and wifi, small identification sign, reduced parking at $3/day in the hotel parking garage, and lunch.
3) Pricing is based on the length of table(s).
8' single table = $350
6' single table = $325
8' double table = $650
6' double table = $600
4) Exhibit spaces will be assigned in order of registration. Exhibitors will be contacted by RMLS™ staff to select their location. The preliminary floor plan may be viewed here.
5) Additional sponsorships are available. Please consider sponsorship to increase your visibility at the event.
Spot on the Map: $200 (9 available) - Attendees visit participating exhibitors and receive a stamp on their program. Each stamp qualifies attendees for door prize drawings managed by RMLS™. This sponsorship drives attendees to the sponsor's table, providing another opportunity to interact with attendees. Stamps will be provided by RMLS™.
Refreshments: $170 (3 available) - Sponsors will have their logo displayed on a sign near the refreshment area. This sign is displayed for the duration of the event.
6) RMLS™ hosts and manages door prize drawings consisting of donations from exhibitors. Donating exhibitors will receive recognition in print materials as well as over the microphone the day of the event. Examples of previous donations include certificates for a service the exhibiting company provides, gift cards, and gift baskets.
Exhibitors are welcome to hold drawings at their table to gather leads, however these will not be in conjunction with the RMLS™-managed door prizes and will not receive recognition.
6) Early-bird rate: 17 exhibitors can save 10% off their table registration. Exhibitors must enter the promo code to receive the discounted rate. ***SOLD OUT***
7) In 2016 RMLS™ will celebrate 25 years of business. Decorate your booth to match our silver anniversary and you will be eligible to win a free booth at the 2017 RMLS™ Education Summit and Trade Fair!
