Course Description: Scott Hamling will speak to REALTORS® about understanding the appraisal process and how the Dodd-Frank Amendment affects a real estate business. He will provide useful tips REALTORS® can implement to help obtain the highest appraised value on listings. Scott will also cover how appraisers develop adjustment amounts and how to analyze appraisals. 

Instructor: Scott Hamling, VP of Appraisal Operations for Cherry Creek Mortgage can tell you everything about the appraisal process. Prior to joining Cherry Creek, Scott owned and operated his own real estate appraisal business for 24 years, and became an expert witness testifying in court on appraisal and real estate issues.
