Cost: This event is free to attendees. 

Overlapping Classes: Registering for overlapping classes will delay your registration. We have limited seating and want to allow as many attendees into each class as possible so we are unable to allow attendees to register for a class and remain on the wait list for a class occuring at the same time. If there is a question on your registration a RMLS™ staff member will contact you at the email address you provide. A timely response is appreciated and helps everyone. 

Wait Lists: If a class is full, a wait list will open. This does not guarantee you a seat but as cancellations occur this allows us to move the next person in line into the class. An email notification will be sent if an opening becomes available. 

Day of Event Wait-Listed Attendees: If you are on a wait list and do not receive an email notification stating you are officially registered for the class, RMLS™ encourages you to come to the class. Often we are able to move wait-listed attendees into the class due to cancellations the day of the event. Notify RMLS™ staff at the sign-in table that you are on the wait list and if space allows you will be admitted.

Sign In: A signature, time-in, and time-out are required for each class you attend. Without all three of these you will not receive a credit hour certificate following the event. 

Registration Process: Licensed real estate brokers are given priority. If space allows on the day of the event, assistants may be allowed entry. RMLS™ subscribership is not a requirement to attend. Registration can be completed by clicking the "Register Now" button at the bottom of this page. Read class descriptions and bios.


Note: Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood, Mt. Bachelor, and Three Sisters are rooms within the Cascade Ballroom

Details:

  • The 2019 RMLS™ Education Summit and Trade Fair will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, which is located in the Lloyd District of Portland, OR. 
  • Parking at the DoubleTree is first come, first served, and RMLS™ is not responsible for limited parking availability. Coupons are available at the RMLS™ information desk that give attendees a rate of $3/day. Payment terminals are located both inside the garage and inside the event venue. Carpooling is highly recommended, as is taking MAX. The Lloyd Center MAX stop is located next to the hotel on NE Holladay Street. Attendees may also park at Lloyd Center for free and walk to the hotel. Other parking garages are are available in the neighborhood, but the parking garage coupon is only valid on site at the DoubleTree. View a map of the Lloyd District neighborhood click here.
  • Food and beverages will be available throughout the day in the hallway between the Relaxation and Recharge room and the Exhibit Hall. 
  • If you enjoy this event, please visit the trade fair exhibitors! This event would not be possible to provide at no cost without their participation. Bring business cards to enter into door prize drawings!
