A Word from the Hosts

The members of the Greater Bay 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Association (GBFOA) are local business owners that value the healing and impactful work done by The Hume Center and are glad to offer their support for the sixth year in a row with their Annual Charity Golf Tournament. A Description of the The Hume Center

The Hume Center is a non-profit community mental health center that has been providing comprehensive multicultural and multilingual mental health services for 19 years. We directly serve over 2,000 people from our sites in Concord, Fremont, Hayward, Pittsburg, and Pleasanton. We also provide services in the community and at local cultural and community centers. The staff is drawn from a myriad of cultures, reflecting a great diversity that allows us to offer various services in 19 languages. We recognize that all cultures have the ingredients necessary to support healthy human development.

This tournament has allowed us to expand the number of doctoral level trainees we serve annually. The direct impact of your support is multiplied exponentially, as each trainee will take the passion for community mental health and the prevention of psychological suffering that they learn here with them into their careers. 4:30pm: Million Dollar Swing! and Cocktail Hour & Raffle
5:30pm: Dinner & Award Ceremony
