Keynote Speaker: Eliot Coleman of Four Season's Farm - Eliot has more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of organic farming, including field vegetables, greenhouse vegetables, rotational grazing of cattle and sheep, and range poultry. He is the author of The New Organic Grower, Four Season Harvest and the Winter Harvest Handbook.
Who:     200 guests
Fare:     Four-course meal featuring the finest local seafood, meats, fruits, vetables and wine.
Chefs:   Four award-winning chefs will be preparing signature dinner courses:

Cost: $150 per person. 
Sales: Ticket sales are non-refundable. 
Sale Ends: Online ticket sales will automatically close when 200 tickets are sold or on Friday, September 28th, whichever comes first.
