Farm-a-Q, Sunday, July 15

Please join us on Sunday, July 15th for the first annual Farm-a-Q, a family BBQ and picnic at Tuckaway Farm in Lee, NH. Farm-a-Q is hosted by Heirloom Harvest Project and Slow Food Seacoast.

Heirloom Harvest Project's mission is to promote regional heritage foods; agricultural diversity; and the connections among farmers, chefs, and consumers in our community.

Farm-a-Q is a picnic-style bounty of heirloom and heritage foods grown on local farms and prepared by some of the area's best chefs. The setting is Tuckaway Farm's beautiful polo field, overlooking the farm and pond. There will be plenty of food from 1-3 and games, live music and activities all afternoon.
Adults are $20 each and children under 12 are $10 (children under 3 are free).
Sponsors include Stonyfield Farm, Throwback Brewery, Farnham Hill Cider, Smuttynose Brewery and Peak Organic.
Chefs from the following restaurants will each be preparing a course using heirloom and heritage ingredients from local farms.
  • The Black Birch
  • The One Hundred Club
  • Black Trumpet
