Kristin Beltaos, Owner of A Gift of Miles, offers specialized consulting services to individuals, couples, families, childcare providers and educators that include advocacy, onsite training, and classroom and online continuing education. She is a Licensed Trainer with the Minnesota Center for Professional Development and an Online Instructor for Eager to Learn, an e-learning program of Child Care Aware of Minnesota, teaching continuing education to early childhood and school-age providers and educators on how to keep food allergic children safe, happy and included. Kristin also is a former board member and current member of the Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Association of Minnesota’s Speakers’ Bureau. She is a frequent Lecturer speaking at a variety of Minnesota conferences. She is the only early childhood and school-age, state-certified food allergy trainer in the country.

Rayna Grothe, M.D.  is a physician specializing in gastroenterology and hepatology at the Mayo Clinic.  She received her M.D. from the Univerisity of Missouri; was a resident at the Wilford Hall Medical Center, United States Air Force;  and did her fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Minnesota.

Lars Johnson has been a Certified Food Safety Instructor for 20 years, is a private consultant and owner of LAJ Consulting (doing business as FoodSafetyGuy), and founder of Touchpoint Restaurant Resource Pool, and the co-developer of a food allergy training module for food service professionals.

Nancy Ott, M.D. is an allergist at Mayo Clinic.  She received her degrees from the University of Minnesota; and was a fellow in allergy & immunology at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.  She has served on the AFAA Board of Directors and regularly volunteers at AFAA Camp.

Melanie Pitts is baker, cook, and recipe developer for people with food allergies and celiac disease, and operates the blog Hope's Kitchen.  She is a mother of food allergic children and a registered nurse. 

Dr. Allan Stillerman, M.D. practices with Allergy & Asthma Specialists, P.A. in Minneapolis, Plymouth, & Maple Grove; conducts research with the Clinical Research Institute; frequently lectures about atopic diseases; does frequent media appearances; and is AFAA Medical Advisor & Board Member.
