Reserve your space as a sponsor or exhibitor for the MCA’s 2022 Fall Conference. There is a pent-up demand for the Midwest’s premier in-person CHP conference since the pandemic. There are a limited number of spaces due to the venue’s capacity. As soon as you become a Sponsor or Exhibitor your organization’s logo or name will appear on all outgoing advertisements, and on the MCA website. You may also start posting your conference involvement on your LinkedIn and website.

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000    Includes: 5 attendees, choose one of the three (speaking opportunity at conference, <90 second promotional video displayed, reading of company services by host during conference), organization logo displayed on promotional materials, organization logo featured during networking sessions, organization logo displayed on conference webpage, 12-foot skirted exhibit table, exhibitor basket raffle with winners announced at networking reception (sponsor provides $50 minimum gift), list of conference attendees with contact info, includes one-year MCA corporate membership.

Gold Sponsor: $3,000     Includes: 3 attendees, choose one of the three (moderator speaking role introducing panel, <60 second promotional video displayed, reading of company services by the host during conference), organization logo displayed on promotional materials, organization logo featured during networking sessions, organization logo displayed on conference webpage, 6-foot skirted exhibit table, exhibitor basket raffle with winners announced at networking reception (sponsor provides $50 minimum gift), list of conference attendees with contact info, includes one-year MCA corporate membership.

Silver Sponsor: $2,000     Includes: 2 attendees, organization logo displayed on promotional materials, organization logo featured during networking sessions, organization logo displayed on conference webpage, 6-foot skirted exhibit table, exhibitor basket raffle with winners announced at networking reception (sponsor provides $50 minimum gift), list of conference attendees with contact info, includes one-year MCA corporate membership.

Bronze Sponsor: $1,000     Includes: 1 attendee, organization name displayed on promotional materials, organization name featured in networking sessions, organization name displayed on conference webpage.  Vendor booth NOT included. 

Promoting Sponsor: $0 Includes: Organization logo displayed on promotional materials, organization logo featured during networking sessions. Eligible to associations with memberships.  Promoting Sponsors will promote event activities to association’s members.

Exhibitor: $1,000   Includes: 1 attendee, organization name listed on promotional materials, 6-foot skirted exhibit table, exhibitor basket raffle with winners announced at networking reception (exhibitor provides $50 minimum gift)

Welcome Reception Sponsor: $2,500 – September 19th Monday evening reception, sponsorship pays for drinks and appetizers, sponsor may display/supply company branding materials (e.g. pop-up banner, branded cups, branded napkins, branded swag), sponsor may provide company introduction and welcoming remarks.

Conference Evening Reception Sponsor: $8,000 - September 20th Tuesday evening reception, sponsorship pays for drinks and appetizers for all conference attendees, organization’s logo displayed on screen, signs on tables with logo, sponsor may display/supply company branding materials (e.g. pop-up banner, branded cups, branded napkins, branded swag), sponsor may provide company introduction, and announce the raffle winners using a handheld microphone.  Includes exhibitor booth.
