Thanks to generous community members, last summer the Tustin Community Foundation was able to donate more than a truck load of food to the Tustin Area Senior Center!  We're aiming for more this year!

TCF will be collecting food at Tustin's Concerts in the Park this summer.
Wednesdays in Pepper Tree Park, June 13 - August 1, 2018

Did you know that seniors are the most vulnerable group at risk of hunger and that the number of food insecure seniors is projected to increase by over 50% when the youngest of the Baby Boom Generation reaches age 60 in 2025?  A Feed America study found that food insecure seniors sometimes had enough money to purchase food but did not have the resources to access or prepare food due to lack of transportation, functional limitations, or health problems.

Basic necessities, including socks and underwear, are two of the most needed items for many children living in Tustin as families are often unable to purchase these essential items and put food on the table or pay rent. We thank the generous donors who helped us collect these items for more than 200 local school children.

Thank you to the following businesses for helping us collect donations for this important project:
     Blue Buoy Swim School
     Brushstrokes
     Computer Guys of OC
     Curves / Jenny Craig
     Mr. Jill's Body Firm
     Tustin Chamber of Commerce
     Tustin Community Bank
     Tustin Ranch Golf Club
