Spiritual Companions Group 4th Mondays 6:30 to 8:30 pm, nine sessions, Sept through May**

Join with other spiritual companions in exploring the ways the Sacred is present in your life and theirs. We will be using the methods of spiritual direction, including deep listening and respectful interaction. Heidi LaRocque and Andrea Minelli, experienced spiritual directors and group facilitators, will lead the group.

Heidi LaRocque, co-facilitator

Heidi seeks purpose and meaning while being an empathic presence in the world. Her passion is in the healing arts. Heidi’s intuitive gifts are supported by 15 years of personal healing experiences including a practitioner’s degree earned in 2009 in a mind-body-spirit energy modality called The W.I.S.E. Method, and a Reiki practitioner certification. She was commissioned as a Spiritual Director through the Center in 2016 and was recently credentialed in Bio-spiritual Focusing. Heidi has facilitated guided meditation and spiritual book club groups, and looks forward to the fellowship of this year’s spiritual direction group.

Andrea Minelli, co-facilitator

Andrea Minelli, a BA in Psychology from University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Women’s Leadership Institute and has an MA in Spirituality from Hartford Seminary. Andrea is a certified Spiritual Director and Retreat Leader, trained through Mercy Center, Madison CT, She is a Supervisor of Spiritual Directors and leads Peer Supervision Groups through the Spiritual Life Center, West Hartford. Andrea is also a Pastoral Care Associate trained through St Francis Hospital, and a Mercy Associate with a certification in Biospiritual Focusing.
