Mindful Meditation - Mondays Spring 2021

Join us for a time of mindfulness meditation and compassion practice. This time together will include guided breath work, gentle mindful movement and seated meditation time. We will end our time together with a reading and option for discussion. We will meet on Mondays, beginning March 22 to May 17 (with April 19 off) from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
