Mindful Meditation - Mondays Fall 2021

Join us for a time of mindfulness meditation and compassion practice. This time together will include guided breath work, gentle mindful movement and seated meditation time. We will be meeting via zoom on Mondays starting on 10/4 and ending on 12/13 (with 10/11 and 11/8 off) at 1:00 to 2:00 PM Eastern.
