Harassment Prevention Training for Managers & Supervisors

This in person, interactive session will cover the latest information for California employers including what is considered sexual harassment, how to handle employee complaints and what every manager can do to prevent harassment from happening in the workplace.
In California, all employers are required to “take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent harassment from occurring” (California Code 12940), and we recommend HR professionals, employers, business owners and supervisors attend. This course also meets California’s AB1825 and SB1343 training requirements.
