For this year's Premier Dinner, we will be returning to Il Trullo at King's Wharf.  Join us at one of metro's favourite Italian restaurants for a fabulous four course dinner on Sunday, June 25th. 

Reception:  5:30 pm        
Dinner:  6:00 pm

Albacore Tuna Tartare, avocado, pickled, radish frisee and evoo

Handmade ravioli, Lobster, Lobster bisque, lemon pangratatto

Main
Sous vide Lamb breast, cauliflower crema, caramelized onion puree, sweet potato, hazelnut granola, lamb jus

Dolce

Lemon tart bruleed, raspberry sorbet, meringue, pistachio
