Understanding Uniformed Services Employment & Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

A Preventive Law and Continuing Legal Education Program covering:

  • Legal Issues After Mobilization
  • Everything You Need to Know About USERRA
  • Beyond USERRA: State Law Issues For State & Local Government Employers
  •  

    Program is designed to:

  • Educate employers on how to adopt sound policies and preventive law measures to
    avoid legal issues regarding USERRA as applied to their employees. 

  • Inform employers of their employees' rights, benefits and obligations under USERRA.

  • Train volunteer attorneys to avoid litigation by identifying and resolving USERRA issues at their earliest level of development and at the lowest cost.
  •  

    Receive 5 Hours of CLE Credit from The Florida Bar &
      4 hours of Certification Credit (Labor & Employment Law)


    The USERRA CLE will be presented Live and via Webcast.

    USERRA is a federal statute that protects the civilian employment and reemployment rights of persons who are who have been members of a "uniformed service".
