NAWBO Silicon Valley Presents:

Building an Inclusive Culture

Inclusive cultures drive powerful brands with the ability to create, innovate, and inspire our users and communities. We develop better products, elevate our teams and become brands that our customers can believe in.

Now more than ever, we have the opportunity to lead our companies in ways that let our employees, partners and customers know that they matter, that they're valued and that they're celebrated.

The National Association of Women Business Owners Silicon Valley is thrilled to host a panel discussion and evening with our peers to exchange insights and learn new ways to shape the culture of Silicon Valley for the better.

Engage with panelists bringing expertise from tech, media, finance, and food, both in the US and globally for a dynamic conversation around:

  • Benefits of diverse teams and inclusive brands
  • Innovative ways to create more inclusive cultures
  • Best Practices in creating inclusive language and policies
  • Spectrums of inclusion to consider
  • Designing for accessibility
  • Tips for building brands that are inclusive for our customers and communities

The evening will include Q&A and group discussion over dinner along with networking and a no-host bar at the Silicon Valley Capital Club.

Special thanks to our panelists:
