Please join us as we honor the James M. Burns Federal Practice Award recipients and the Ancer L. Haggerty Scholars.

Menu Information:

Salad:  Spring greens with strawberries, blue cheese, and candied hazelnuts dressed in a champagne vinaigrette

Select Your Meal:

  1. Fish:  Seared herbed scallops served with a spring vegetable bundle, over rice bake, with a pinot gris sauce (gluten-free, dairy-free)
  2. Beef:  Five-spice beef with ginger sauce served over sweet potato-parsnip mash, with sautéed arugula and spinach (gluten-free)
  3. Vegan:  Filo pouch filled with roasted vegetables, served on wild rice with white beans, and finished with a spring mushroom sauce

 Dessert:  Rhubarb tart with fresh strawberries
