An agenda will be announced soon!

The event is free and open to all, but registration is requested.

Lunch will be provided.

Can Virginia be an Example for Employing People Experiencing Homelessness?

Virginia was recently ranked as the “best place in the country to make a living” in 2012, based on average income, cost of living, state income tax rate, and unemployment rate, in a recent report. Many people experiencing homelessness are already working. We must identify ways to extend employment opportunities including ways to increase income to people experiencing homelessness.

Preview of Resources to be Presented at the Summit:

The Working to End Homelessness project has compiled a wonderful series of resources on best practices to employ people experiencing homelessness that they will discuss at the summit.  Check out these resources at the links below and join us on September 13th!
