PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
To educate PA employers to be recovery-informed, recovery ready and recovery friendly as part of the workplaces overall health and wellness.
OBJECTIVES
After completing this presenation participants will:- Understand the cost of substance use to society and in the workplace.
- Learn how addiction impacts the brain as a medical disorder.
- Understand the importance of reducing stigma and protecting the employee's confidentiality.
- Learn about promoting healthy lifestyles for employees and their families.
