PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
To educate PA employers and supervisors on how serious and long-lasting the pandemic will be and how it has impacted their employees' mental and emotional health. This is the opportunity for employers to reexamine and enhance their EAP program or create one to support their employees' and their families current needs. The best process to calculate EAP return on investment data will be shared.
