Our training week is divided into our core and elective classes.  Through the registration process you will have the opportunity to choose the elective classes you wish to attend.

Our core classes include:

• Arc Flash Safety
• Burner test stand, combustion testing, troubleshooting.
• Calibration, PLC MCC, AC Content, load cells, Micromotion
• Drum Trunnion Adjustment 
• Hot Oil Heater
• Plant Capacity/Flighting
• Plant Maintenance

Our elective classes include:

• Baghouse
• Blending Controls 
• Burner Emissions/Tuning
• Gen 3D Burner Control
• Vector Burner Control
• Schematic reading and Electrical troubleshooting
• Silo/Transfer/Batcher

Dress Code: Shoes with closed toe, and long pants will be required for class. Displays and instructions will be held in a construction environment.

Substitutions are allowed at any time.

NOTE: Gencor reserves the right at any time to change the date and/or cancel it all together if they deem it necessary.  The attendee waives all claims you might have against Gencor Industries for refunds, damages or expenses.  If Gencor cancels the training, the attendees will be refunded the training registration fee.  Cancellations made by the attendees after December 10, 2022 will receive a refund of the registration fee less 30 percent.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Gencor Industries Customer Training programs are designed specifically for hot mix asphalt producers that own and operate HMA Facilities.

These classes are not open to industry vendors, suppliers or consultants.  To derive the most from these classes, one must own, operate and maintain an HMA plant.
