Carolyn Lancaster, Vice President - Marketing, DI Development Company
A member of the senior development team for Daniel Island since 1999, Ms. Lancaster is responsible for branding and marketing Daniel Island, Carnes Crossroads and Cainhoy. Previously she served as Director of Marketing for the developer of Kiawah Island, where she built an in-house agency and helped the resort community achieve worldwide acclaim. She has more than 30 years’ experience in resort, real estate and master planned community marketing.
Ms. Lancaster will be discussing how brand and marketing drive value creation in a master planned community.
