Guest Speaker: Steve Dudash - Thomas & Hutton, Regional Director & Landscape Architect
Steve serves as Chair of the Lowcountry Rapid Transit Advocacy Committee and will speak to us about his involvement with the LCRT along with the broader transportation issues facing the Charleston region.
Steve Dudash is a landscape architect and the Regional Director of the Charleston office for Thomas & Hutton, a community consulting and professional services firm serving the Southeast for 70 years. Steve has 35 years of experience in land-use planning, master planning, and landscape architecture. His projects have won numerous design awards while meeting the highest design standards and sustainable practices. All projects focus on the balance of Nature, Habitat, Walkability and Health.
Some of Steve’s design projects include Daniel Island, Beresford Hall, I’On Village, Olmsted Park, Shem Creek Park.

Mr. Olson joined Armada Hoffler Properties in 2013. In his role as Development Manager, his efforts are focused mainly on multi million dollar mixed-use projects located in the Greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C., Richmond , VA and Charleston ,SC. Mr. Olson has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia.
