Guest Speaker: Lee Deas - Obviouslee Marketing
Lee will discuss the role and importance of marketing and brand differentiation in the real estate industry while showcasing Obviouslee’s recent projects in the Charleston market.
Lee Deas is the Grand Imaginator behind Obviouslee Marketing, a full-service marketing agency that started in 2005. With 20 crew members, she and her team are bringing strategy and creative to brands such as City of Charleston, The Guild, Island Coastal Lager, The Restoration, Greystar, Kiawah Partners, Lexus, PGA Championship, Amazon, Lowcountry Lowline, Southeastern Wildlife Exposition and Volvo Car Open. OM caters to a multitude of industries including real estate, development, products, retail, hospitality, nonprofits, events and technology.
Her passion for Charleston is strong and she has instilled her strong local values into the fabric of her company. OM is energetically engaged in their neighborhoods and spirited about community building. With philanthropy and community building as a cornerstone of OM’s core values, the agency has partnered with various nonprofits including, The South Carolina Community Loan Fund, The Green Heart Project, South Carolina Future Minds, Teach for America, Charleston Moves and Charleston Parks Conservancy.

Mr. Olson joined Armada Hoffler Properties in 2013. In his role as Development Manager, his efforts are focused mainly on multi million dollar mixed-use projects located in the Greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C., Richmond , VA and Charleston ,SC. Mr. Olson has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia.
