Show time is 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. however, vendors should be prepared for early arrivals.

We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times.
***NEW THIS YEAR*** Vendors can invite their local clients from other agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday!!!
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. will be reserved for your invitees and local police agencies.

All booths will be 10' wide by 8' deep with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. The exhibit hall IS carpeted. Further information, including shipping instructions will be emailed to you once your payment is received.
Electrical service and wireless internet can be ordered through Grand Traverse Resort. Please use the quick links below to order these services.
*MSA Reserves the right to shift Show start and/or end time and orientation time up to one hour either way. Email notification will be given if times shift. No changes will be made within 30 days of our conference. Dates will NOT change.
