SHOW TIMES 

Monday, October 8........5:30 - 7:30 p.m.*
Exhibit Area: Vendor Show, Reception & Buffet

Show time is 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. however, vendors should be prepared for early arrivals. 


Tuesday, Oct. 9....9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Exhibit Area: Morning Break, LE Appreciation Day

 

These are DEDICATED show times. 

We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times.

 

***NEW THIS YEAR*** Vendors can invite their local clients from other agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday!!!

11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. will be reserved for your invitees and local police agencies.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT

All booths will be 10' wide by 8' deep with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a Booth ID sign.  The exhibit hall IS carpeted.   Further information, including shipping instructions will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

 

 

VEHICLE DISPLAY
Vehicles can be displayed in booth space inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle. Please click here to download Grand Traverse Resort's rules for exhibiting vehicles. All vehicles must meet these requirements, no exceptions.

UTILITIES

Electrical service and wireless internet can be ordered through Grand Traverse Resort.  Please use the quick links below to order these services.

 

*MSA Reserves the right to shift Show start and/or end time and orientation time up to one hour either way. Email notification will be given if times shift.  No changes will be made within 30 days of our conference.  Dates will NOT change.
