The Change Through Compassion (CTC) Core Skills Intensive provides participants with an introduction to the practices of Mindfulness & Self-Compassion and an opportunity to deepen their own wisdom through an emphasis on practice. CTC is a compassion skills building program rather than solely being focused on meditation. MH providers - 11 CEs.
